Description of the problem	I purchased a used 2016 camry hybrid xle in october 2016, but i was unaware of the issue with this particular vehicle. Whenever the vehicle is on an uneven surface between axles, it produces a knocking, popping, ticking, or snapping noise from the moon roof area while driving. Toyota built many defective vehicles with poor sunroof frame installation, and the customer is having to pay thousands of dollars to drive a new shitty car that makes noises all the time. It is rather unpleasant to drive a vehicle that you should be proud of, and the nhtsa should make toyota recall all these vehicles to teach the manufacturer a lesson. I have contacted toyota in regards to this matter, and since my vehicle was not under warranty, they said that it was not their problem. There is a repair procedure included in tsb 0151-13 has been developed to address this condition. It is very unfortunate that the consumer has to deal with car manufacturer's inadequacy, because their inspection program is worthless. All that i want is to get my vehicle fixed free of charge, and enjoy a nice ride.
