Description of the problem	Engine has low (rpm) 650-670 when stopped with brake applied on slight incline when brake is released car rolls backward before gas can be applied. The car directly behind me if too close, can be hit by my car rolling backwards idle rpm should be increased too 750-800 to rectify this problem toyota said they can not adjust the idle rpm.
