| Description of the problem | When starting vehicle and turning on a/c a very foul odor of mildew and mold comes from the vents. We have taken it back to the dealership for a cleaning and replaced the filter with a carbon one at the dealership at our expense. This did not fix the issue. We follow instructions of running ac in non recirculating mode to no avail. Toyota does not seen to want to take ownership of the issue. I am concerned of our health from inhaling these mold spores and bacteria. |
