| Description of the problem | On november 25, 2014 my mother was killed when her 2013 keyless ignition toyota camry rolled down her driveway and pinned her underneath. She had just driven into her garage and neglected to put the car in park. The garage had a very slight incline, but the driveway was much steeper. She had walked down the driveway to pick up a newspaper after putting the car in the garage. I just saw an article saying that a park it act had been introduced into congress. I would like to be sure that my mother is included in the statistics of people who have died because of rollaway car accidents. Please let me know if there is another method i should use to do this. Your agency was cited in the article i read. That's why i am contacting you. Thank you |
