Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 toyota camry. The contact stated that while stopped with a foot on the brake pedal, the rpms increased and the vehicle independently accelerated. The contact continued to depress the brake pedal but the vehicle would not respond. The contact crashed into the rear of the vehicle in front of her. The failure occurred two different times. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnostic testing and body repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated an engineer would come out and inspect the vehicle.
