Description of the problem	Tl* the contact rented a 2012 toyota camry. The contact was lifting a walker from the trunk when the trunk door abruptly fell and struck the contact on the head. The failure caused an intense, severe pain to the contact. Three days later, the contact began seeing ink spots in her vision, shooting lights, and very tiny light spots. The contact was seen by a retina specialist and was immediately referred to the emergency room. The contact was then seen by a medical professional and was advised that she was in need of emergency surgery to correct a torn retina and blood clots in the eye, caused by the impact of the trunk striking the contact on the head. The consumer also had a partially torn rotator cup in the shoulder. The rental company was advised of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer.
