Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota camry. While attempting to decelerate, the vehicle suddenly accelerated without warning causing her to crash into a pole. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The manufacturer sent an investigator to retrieve the black box from the vehicle however, they were unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer informed the contact that the crash was not caused by a manufacturing defect and offered no further assistance.
