| Description of the problem | My complaint is towards the toyota motor company for failing to identify a problem they have had with leaking struts. After speaking with toyota, i learned that toyota engineers have deemed a slight leak ok and they will not cover it under warranty. I have owned several cars and had to replace leaking shocks and struts because it just gets worse and causes tire wear which in my opinion would lead to a safety issue. It is not my intent to bad mouth toyota, however they have taken a carefree approach to this problem which concerns me. Thank you |
