Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota camry. While backing up in a parking area, the gear was shifted into drive and the vehicle accelerated at a high rate of speed without warning. The contact applied force to the brake pedal, which did not slow down the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a tree.
