The manufacturer was contacted and offered a courtesy safety recall for a replacement of the dashboard for their vehicle but the contact was not able to get the vehicle to the local dealer don mcgill toyota (11800 katy fwy, houston, tx 77079) because the vehicle was out of state and because of covid concerns. The contact stated that the vehicle was back in state and they wanted to take advantage of the courtesy recall but the local dealer informed them it was too late and they would not replace the dashboard.
