| Description of the problem | The drivers side sun visor will not stay in its folded, up position against the roof of the car. It will fall down impeding my view of the road and traffic. No damage or misuse has occurred and the visor is rarely used. This is a potentially severe problem were the visor to fall at an improper time, e. G. When a vehicle breaks in front of me. I have two young children and this seemingly minor defect is putting multiple lives in jeopardy. Please remedy this situation. |
