| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota camry hybrid. The contact stated he received repairs to the vehicle under nhtsa campaign id number 09v388000 (vehicle speed control: accelerator pedal) where the accelerator pedal was shortened to prevent possible unintended acceleration. While traveling at speeds of 35 mph at a later date, the contacts foot became wedged under the accelerator pedal. This was not the first incident of the failure. The dealer was contacted but did not provide any assistance. The vehicle was not further repaired.
