Description of the problem	The car's dashboard has melted from sun exposure, leaving a shiny, glossy, sticky coating on it that, when hit by the sun at certain angles, causes a blinding glare into the driver's eyes and a bright reflection of the dash onto the windshield, resulting in limited visibility and blind spots. Toyota is aware of the problem that was caused by materials of insufficient quality and issued a warranty enhancement to fix the problem. Unfortunately, as a secondary owner of the vehicle, i was never informed of this and did not know the problem was widespread and material-related until i recently found that information online. The warranty extension period has now expired, but in cases like mine, the issue has not been fixed, leaving the vehicle with a condition that unnecessarily causes a safety deficiency.
