Description of the problem	Mold negligence - issue originated around 10,000 miles as dealership records indicate. Dealership replaced air filter as the repair. However, supposedly, the tsbs suggested that a moldy mildew smell may develop from the hvac components. The carpet was not pulled back and inspected until a formal complaint was made with toyota national. Mold was present and photographed. Additionally, other areas of the car were subject to other forms of water leaks and separate mold formed there also. Consumer suggestion of a moisture sensor in the low points of the body to notify the owner of an issue via a warning light. Car is unsafe to drive as odors are noxious and irritating and affect breathing respirations and overall health issues resulting in persistent cough. Toyota national recently inspected and confirmed but rejected buyback or compensation. Filing with nhtsa to document mold issues with 2010 model for legal references if toyota does not offer replacement and buyback.
