Description of the problem	Dash-board is like liquid wax. I had a piece of paper on dashboard went to pick up and my fingernail took a chunk out of the dashboard. I tried to vacuum the dust on it but nothing picked up, because dust was stuck fast and vacuum was leaving permanent lines on the dash. Extremely sticky to the touch and looks terrible with all the dirt stuck fast.
