Description of the problem	In summer of 2012 my dash started melting i attempted to clean it and was unable to no matter what products were recommended in handbook as time went on it only got worse it is so sticky that everything sticks to it and now it looks terrible im completely embarrassed to let anyone in my vehicle if i try and trade it or sell it the damage decreases the value of the vehicle and toyota refuses to take responsibility for their mistake i feel victim to toyota i have been a faithful customer for many years this is my last toyota purchase. *js
