Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota camry. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 5 to 10 mph a vehicle in front of him braked and he slammed on the brakes. The brakes did not engage and he crashed into the vehicle. The police was contacted and there is a report. Prior to the crash the contact received a recall notice for the accelerator petal where he took the vehicle in and they repaired a metal shim in the accelerator petal. They advised him the new pedal for the vehicle will not be available until april. The damage to the vehicle's the front bumper was repaired.
