| Description of the problem | My 2010 camry was purchased in sept. 09. In november i noticed a problem when the car is on a slight incline, foot on the break and you take your foot off the break the car rolls backwards. This has happened about a dozen times, when in january i finally took it to the dealer & was told all 10 camry's do this because of the new 6 speed transmission. The service mgr. & i took the car for a test drive, and we replicated the problem. I told him i didn't think this was normal, that i thought it was a safety issue if someone was behind me in another vehicle and wanted it reported to toyota - he said he would and would call me back. To date i have heard nothing. |
