Description of the problem	I have a 2010 toyota camry. It has been to the dealer 3x since i purchased it due to a whining sound which appeared shortly after the car was purchased. I have been told each time that there was a noise but it wasn't unusual. 3 weeks ago i took the car in for an oil change and i complained of the same whining noise problem and asked them to do the "fixes" on the car for the toyota accelerating problems. (the pedal and the rug - which i was instructed to take out in the past). When i picked up the car i was told that all camrys have the same whining noise and i don't know what was done, if anything, to the pedal but i was told to put back in the same mat which had been in my garage. I have had several toyotas in the past and am not trying to jump on the bandwagon but i am very concerned about the noise and what was done, if anything, to make sure my family is safe in the car. I have owned several toyotas in the past and have had no complaints. It only has 4,000 miles on it.
