Description of the problem	Sticky/deteriorating dashboard. Vehicle purchased brand new in 2009 from a toyota dealer. Vehicle has never been serviced at a car wash. Spray products designed to preserve vinyl have never been applied. Noticed week of 9/1/2016 that the dashboard beneath the windshield is gummy. Prior to this discovery, we had been fighting a strange deposit on the inside surface of the windshield. We believe it was off gassing of the chemically changing dashboard.
