| Description of the problem | On wednesday, january 27,2016 i got out of my car, opened the trunk, took some things out, tried to close it, it bounced up. I found out the trunk lock pad would not lock, i was told to order a door lock actuator integrated with a latch. Received it, put it on and it did the same thing. This could cause more damage to the car and injury to a person especially if it happens in route. Put new part on and it wont lock. Feel its defective and toyota should have to altar the situation. |
