Description of the problem	There has been common issue going with toyota steering intermediate shaft getting loosed at unknown number of miles. Some cars getting it less than 36k ( which is under warranty ) some over 36k and customer ends up paying any where between $450-$900 depending upon what kind of model they are driving. I drive 2009 camry its been maintained according to toyota recommendation. Recently, steering started making clunk, knocking sound which is loud. Toyota dealer also agreed that sound is very loud. Its a safety issue. It can cause damage or never know break the steering. Looks like toyota has been ignoring this issue and not recalling vehicles. Obviously cost saving would be the only reason.
