Description of the problem	I have had a 2009 camry hybrid since july 2009 and have noticed- what i would refer to as "power surges while braking (sometimes almost lurching forward uncontrollably - i almost rear ended cars in front of me in traffic a few times - especially on bumpy roads" i thought it was due to the capturing of too much energy from the regenerative braking system so that it charges the battery while braking. Only once i heard people on the radio describing the prius braking problem did i realize it sounds exactly the same! Why haven't we heard anything about this for the camry hybrids? I never owned a hybrid previously and although i am unhappy with the braking, i thought it was normal for a hybrid and i just needed to get used to it. I only recently commented on a survey, that toyota sent to me, about it - as i thought it was normal for the hybrid. I have not yet contacted the dealer.
