Description of the problem	The engine of my car has been burning through oil so fast. The engine check light is on so i took it to the auto shop to get it checked out and the employee there told me to contact toyota since there was a recall on the 2009 camry engine. I called toyota place in garden grove and the person i spoke to said that they are unable to help me since recall has been expired and to call headquarters. However, i informed her that i never got a notice from toyota about this recall. I also informed her that i took my camry 2009 into the dealership in january 2018 to get the dashboard replaced from another recall but no one informed me about the engine recall during that time either. Toyota had failed to notify me twice. Toyota failed to send me a notice about the engine recall and they again failed to notify me when i brought in my car to get the dashboard fixed.
