Description of the problem	While driving in the rain at approximately 35 mph hydroplaned on an highway exit ramp that was a sharp loop/curve. The car hit head on the end of the guardrail which had a square plate. The entire front end and hood of the camry was smashed and the air bags never deployed. I was wearing my seat belt which somewhat restrained me but hit my head on the steering wheel and suffered a concussion.
