| Description of the problem | The passenger sunvisor began to hang down slightly and then it dropped all the way down and wouldn't go back up at all. We tried everything to fix it but to no avail. The passenger can't even look forward at certain times of the day due to the sun right in their eyes. Recently, the driver's side sunvisor has now done the same thing. It is hanging down in the view of the driver and causing safety concerns. We have to drive holding it up with our hands just so we can see out of the drivers window to drive. I researched online to see if this has been a problem to other toyota owners and was astonished at how many complaints there were regarding this problem. When i saw how many other toyota owners were experiencing the same problem, i decided to file a complaint due to safety concerns for so many. *tt |
