Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. While driving at approximately 30 mph the front drivers side sun visor flipped downwards and obstructed the drivers vision. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where he was informed the sun visors were on national back order. It was not repaired. Approximately 2 weeks later the failure recurred on the front passenger side sun visor. The vehicle was again taken to an authorized dealer where he was informed the parts were still on back order.
