Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. The contact stated while driving 20 mph the vehicle suddenly accelerated and crashed into another vehicle. No one was injured during the crash. The vehicle suffered damage to the entire front end. The contact complained to the dealer about the vehicle surging own its own before the crash numerous times. The dealer performed a diagnostic test and found nothing wrong with the vehicle. The contact also stated the vehicle vibrates when it's idle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and the dealer did not find a problem through the diagnostic test. The failure mileage was 5,000.
