Description of the problem	My visor on the drivers side will not stay in the up position or down against towards the windshield blocking the sun. It seems to be defective. I called toyota to see how much it cost to replace the part. I was advised $148. 00 for the part. However the previous owner had also had this visor replaced prior to me purchasing the vehicle. This seems to be a big deal with alot of the toyota visors, but yet there is no recall on this item. I would like to have this issue fixed and not at my expense as this is a safety concern. If you put the visor in the up position against the top of the car, it will continue to fall down in front of my view. If you push it forward towards the window it again will come back towards me. If i were to get into an accident, it is right at my head level and could cause severe injury.
