| Description of the problem | Last year my passenger side visor went down with no apparent reason. I didn't think about it much, i thought it was a passenger pulled it down too hard, and i replaced it with a used visor from ebay. Last week, my driver side visor broke and went down, so now i have no visor which creates a safety issue. I started looking online about this issue, and i see a lot of people complaining about this. This is definitely a design/manufacturing flaw from toyota, but i see no recall. I went to the local toyota dealership yesterday to see what they can do. They almost fixed the issue with no cost, but they said they couldn't order a new one until toyota issues the recall. Now i have to wait months before they send me a letter. |
