| Description of the problem | Driver side visor broke. The visor's suspension no longer holds visor up and its affecting visibility while driving. Customer service was contacted but they refused to take care of it and want to charge $120 to fix it. There are several complaints through out the internet of unhappy customers who are experiencing the same thing. It's unfair that owners are expected to pay for a part that should obviously be recalled. Toyota won't accept responsibility and refuses to acknowledge this problem. Models 07, 08 and 09 seem to be the ones affected. This is a major safety issue and should be consider as such. I shouldn't have to worry about something blocking my vision while driving. |
