| Description of the problem | When slowing down on intersection on the stop sign with the intention to completely stop, i pressed the brake pedal and removed my foot completely from accelarator pedal. Car engine suddenly revs up and engine rpm shoots up, i need to press brake really very hard to stop the car to go into the middle of intersection or eventually car wiill roll into intersection and i had to cross the intersection to avoid collision with vehicles coming on cross intersection. This has happened at least 5-6 times. I took the car to the mechanic and he ran the diagnostics test but could not find any thing wrong. I took it to the toyota dealership in freehold he suggested to remove the unsecured floor mat, which i did but still having the same issue. This issue was experienced yesterday also 2 times. |
