| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. After receiving a recall notice for recall 09v388000 (vehicle speed control: accelerator pedal and having the vehicle repaired accordingly, the contact noticed that when driving at any speed, his foot occasionally slipped off the accelerator pedal. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where the contact was informed that the failure could be repaired. The current and failure mileages were approximately 16,000.
