| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. When the contact attempted to engage the accelerator pedal his foot would continuously slip off of the pedal causing his foot to become stuck. Prior to the recent failure, the contact had taken the vehicle to the dealership where nhtsa campaign id number, 09v388000 service brakes, hydraulic power assist vacuum and id number 10v017000, vehicle speed control accelerator pedal repairs were performed on her vehicle. There were no prior warnings. The current and failure mileages were 16000. Updated 6/3/10 *cn the consumer stated even though the pedal was changed under the recall, the problem still exists.
