Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. Upon starting the vehicle and releasing the emergency brake. The vehicle would abnormally accelerate for a short distance at speeds of 15-20 mph. Within minutes, the vehicle would revert back to normal operation.
