Description of the problem	Dashboard has melted and become sticky and highly reflective. When driving in sunlight it reflects onto the windshield and obscures vision. Was never notified by toyota that it could be replaced, but only by a certain date. This has become a hazard because of the reflection on the windshield. Nothing removes the stickiness and the reflection.
