Description of the problem	Within the last month i and other such as mechanic, body shop operators have noticed sticky and gooey dashboard, melting and very soft, especially in the hot and humid weather. Have also noticed a glare on dashboard while driving. You can also put your fingernail thorough parts of the dashboard, very sticky and soft. Contacted toyota at 800. 331. 4331 and was told that the warranty enhancement expired march 2018 and that they could not do anything since the warranty was expired . I have not experienced issues with the dashboard till this last month and was not aware of any issues concerning this part of the car. Nor did i receive anything which stated there was anything going on with the dashboard for this make or model.
