Description of the problem	I live in fl and my dashboard is melting. This is causing a huge glare when i drive on the window. Being 90 years old i consider this to be a safety hazard. I have also seen this same issue on the nhtsa database. Toyota wants to charge me $1,000 for a new dashboard but to me this should be covered due to the large number of people with the same issue.
