Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 toyota camry. While driving, the contact noticed that the entire dashboard was very sticky and pieces were falling off. The failure created a glare on the dashboard when the sun reflected on it, which prevented the contact from viewing the road clearly. As a result, a crash almost occurred.
