Description of the problem	The car has a very quick oil consumption. Oil has to be either added or changed before the mileage has been reached. The car has been driving sluggish and has begin to be accompanied by shaking. This is not specific to any place nor time as it does it at any point and time when the oil has reduced. I have contacted toyota multi times however the last attempt was the only one where my complaint was taken seriously. My information was taken and i was also told that i was not in the system and the information listed was under the name [xxx] which was corrected to my info at that time which was one week and two days from today. I truly think it is unfair to me that i was not notified about this and when i called was told nothing could be done. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S.
