Description of the problem	As i was preparing to cross a 4 lane highway with a median, two georgia state patrol cars were sitting in the median. I proceeded to enter the highway when one of the patrol cars turned on his headlights. I froze, i did not know what to expect. At that moment, i was struck on the driver's side by a car speeding at 73 mph. I sustained a head injury and had to be cut out of the car. None of the airbags deployed.
