| Description of the problem | Driver's side sun visor will not stay in the "up" position. Visor has been opened less than 100 times in the life of the car. After being opened, the visor will no longer operate. It hangs straight down impairing the driver's visibility of the road. A sun visor is one of the last items that should ever break in a car. The visor is substandard and creates a dangerous visibility problem. |
