Description of the problem	Over the last several months, my driver's side visor has been making a clicking noise every time it was pulled down or pushed back up, and started to hang approximately 3 inches down when it was supposed to be in the "up" position. At the beginning of july, it completely stopped retracting back to the up position and now flops/hangs down blocking view (which in my opinion is very unsafe). In order to see when driving, i now have to push the visor to the side. Of course my warranty has long expired (i purchased the car new in 2006) and when i contacted the toyota dealership service center where the car was purchased, they quoted me a price of $117 for the part, not including labor to replace. Online i have found multiple websites with lots of people reporting the same problem. This is really a safety issue and i believe a recall needs to be issued.
