Description of the problemWhile driving my 2007 toyota camry, the sun visor slipped down into my line of sight. I had to pull over and try to "fold/ snap" it back in place. Then i noticed that the arm piece, that inserts into the actual sun visor was broken/ cracked. I had to drive holding the sun visor out of my vision with one hand and the other hand on the steering wheel. When i went to the toyota dealership to order a replacement part, i was told that i was the third person in two weeks with the same complaint on the same model car. The part could not be ordered from the "distribution place" because the sun visors were on back order. I had to remove my hanging sun visor because it was a risk and i have not had it replaced because of the back order. In addition, i am the only driver of my car and to my knowledge there was no incident in which the sun visor was damaged.
