| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The contact started the vehicle, activated the air conditioner and smoke emitted from the driver side door module. A small fire then erupted. The contact turned the car off and the smoke and fire ceased. The contact was able to remove the door module and found that the window power switch was melted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The vehicle was not taken to a mechanic or dealer for inspection or repair.
