Description of the problem	Over the course of the past year, the dashboard of my camry has devolved into a sticky, shiny mess. The surface of most of the dashboard has a gluey texture, with the parts nearest the windshield having completely liquefied. The sticky areas are very shiny, causing glare that covers much of the windshield when driving towards the sun or under streetlights. This glare is very distracting and significantly reduces visibility.
