Description of the problem	Car accident - car crashed into medium on lake shore drive on early saturday morning. Was making a left hand turn and applied brake to slow down as the turn was being made and the car did not slow down but sped up - when attempting to brake totally - the car actually sped up and hit the medium. The only way the car stopped was it was jammed into park. The car was towed to a repair shop and state farm insurance deemed to total the vehicle based on the amount it would cost to repair the vehicle.
