Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry le. While driving approximately 15 mph she noticed that the vehicle was moving faster than normal and when she applied the brakes the vehicle would not stop and crashed into the rear end of a moving vehicle, pushing it to the right side of the road. Her vehicle continued to accelerate out of control although she was applying pressure to the brake pedal, eventually it stopped moving. She sustained injuries to the chest and continues to have problem with her heart. The insurance company towed the vehicle to the dealer. The vehicle was repaired. She does not know if the insurance company investigated the failure, but she recently took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the accelerator pedal.
