Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The contact stated that when he came to a stop the vehicle surged forward causing him to crash into a wood barrier. The contact was injured and was sent to the hospital. A police report was filed and the vehicle was repaired but not inspected. The failure mileage was 40,000 and the current mileage was 70,000. Updated 06/24/11 bf updated 07/08/11 bf the consumer stated the surged occurred as he was coming to a stop. The consumer stated he was unable to use his foot to lift the accelerator pedal up as he had done on previous occasions. Updated 10/12/11.jb the consumer stated the surge occurred as he was slowing down to a stop at approximately 20-25 mph.
