Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owned a 2007 toyota camry. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle suddenly accelerated over a cement block onto a curb. The contact then crashed into a cement wall. The contact inspected the vehicle and continued driving for two miles. A police report was filed but the contact also filed an incident report with the dmv. The contact sustained minor injuries. The vehicle was destroyed. The contact referenced recall 09v388000 (vehicle speed control: accelerator pedal) and recall 07e082000 (equipment) and stated that the recall repairs were performed prior to the failure.
